Alex grew up and started his journalism career in Bristol before moving away to work at some of the country's leading regional titles. In October, he returned to the city to launch BristolWorld. Stories on drug trafficking in Colombia and sex slavery in the Midlands led to him winning Best Daily Journalist at the Midlands Media Awards in 2018. He was also shortlisted for Best Daily Journalist at the Regional Press Awards.

Ollie is a young energetic lad who still struggles to control his excitement at times. Due to his enthusiastic nature he will require ongoing training to stop him from nipping, alongside standard puppy training and socialisation. Ollie arrived to us with a cleft palate, which he has received corrective surgery for to reduce the risk of further related complications. Ollie is a very playful boy who absolutely loves his toys. He does settle down for a cuddle once he’s tired himself out, but as an adolescent dog he is still very mouthy and will need training. He loves working for food and will benefit from a home that has lots of time to work with him. Ollie is such a happy, enthusiastic boy and will melt your heart with his sweet smile!
