Victoria Beckham gushes over ‘beautiful’ Maya Jama as she stuns in one of her designs at rooftop party

Victoria Beckham has gushed over  Maya Jama’s beauty after she stunned in one of her fashion designs. The Love Island host, 28, from Bristol, attended the glitzy VB Summer rooftop party hosted by Victoria Beckham on Monday evening, which was also attended by David Beckham and his children.

Maya took to Instagram to share a number of video clips showing herself getting glammed up for the undisclosed event. She donned a muted lime green ruched dress as she finished her captivating look with dramatic cat-eye make-up.

Although details about the event weren’t revealed by Maya, the following day Victoria Beckham took to her Instagram to share an array of glamorous party snaps from her glitzy rooftop party. A couple of these snaps included the Love Island host, who wore a dress from  the VB summer collection.

Posting on Instagram Stories, Victoria wrote : “You look beautiful in VB @MayaJama! Kisses xx #VBSummer.” The former Radio One host then re-shared the post, with three red red emojis to show her appreciation for the compliment.

After Maya made her Love Island debut in January, Victoria hailed the host as her latest fashion muse. It was later revealed by The Sun that Victoria had spent time with Maya at the British Vogue’s Forces For Change initiative dinner in December 2022, after being introduced by the magazine’s editor-in-chief, Edward Enninful.

An insider said: “The women discussed fashion after an introduction by Edward, who admires them both, and they hit it off well.

“Maya loves expressing herself with clothes and has long been a supporter of Victoria’s work and, likewise, Victoria was delighted to meet the beauty as she has her finger on the pulse.

“Victoria thinks Maya is the future of the fashion world and hopes they can do more work together.”

After their meeting, Victoria shared a photo of one of Maya’s recent shoots on Instagram, and captioned it: “VB Muse”.
