Carol Vorderman: I’m A Celeb star teases ‘very interesting project’ with Rob Brydon and Peter Andre

Carol Vorderman has teased that she is working on a “very interesting project” with actor Rob Brydon and 1990s singer Peter Andre. The former Countdown star, 62, who lives in Bristol, took to Instagram on Tuesday morning (June 13) to share snaps alongside the famous faces.

The I’m A Celebrity South Africa star didn’t reveal the details of the collaboration, but both Peter and Carol shared the snaps and gushed over their “fun” day working together. She posted a carousel of snaps, which she captioned: "Had a cracking time with my fellow Welshie @robbrydon last week, working on a very interesting project.”

She continued: “Laughing with @peterandre and doing pouty things with @iamrichieanderson...he’s better at pouty things than I am.As Rob might say ‘much hilarity was had by all at the time’ Ah life is sweet."

The countdown legend also posted a snap with radio and TV personality, Richie Anderson, who she posed for a “pouty” selfie with. Peter took to the comments section, where he wrote: “Such a fun day ❤️”

Carol replied to Peter’s comment, saying: "It was....and even better when Jules and I ended it at the Good Earth Chinese...ha...sending love to all the Andrés."

The snap with Peter also included Carol’s long-time friend Jules Sampson, who makes regular appearances on each other’s social media platforms.

Both Peter Andre, 50, and Richie Anderson, 35, took to their Instagram stories to share their selfies with Carol, alongside a big red love heart emoji. However, Gavin and Stacey star, Rob Brydon, 58, remained quiet on his social media after the snaps from the “fun” day were shared.

This comes after Carol shared that she was working on a collaboration with Michelle Visage, 54, during an  appearance on the RuPaul Drag Race stars ‘Rule Breakers’ podcast. Carol revealed: “My bud @michellevisage and I have a cunning plan...coming to somewhere near you soonishish....ha 😂”

They obviously made an impression on each other, as the US Drag Race star also shared snaps from the day with her 2.1 million Instagram followers, writing: “Your new fave MILF duo you never knew you needed….ADORE YOU @carolvordersExpect more chaos from Vorders and Visage in the foreseeable future …”

Further details on either of these projects are yet to be announced by Carol, who is also taking on a project to write a new   book, which she is “very very excited about!”
