Carol Vorderman goes makeup free as she enjoys ‘happy’ day out with friends and family

Carol Vorderman has wowed fans with a series of make-up free selfies that show off her ‘real hair’. The former Countdown star, 62, who lives in Bristol, sent fans wild when  she took to Instagram on Sunday  donning a black wetsuit and large sunglasses.

The I’m A Celebrity star looked happy and relaxed as she enjoyed the sunshine and time with family and friends. Carol beamed without any make-up and wore her hair unstyled.

She captioned the post: “Happy Sunday…Lots of messing around by the water, walking and a nice little lunch....Gassing with my mates and fam. Happy happy days ❤️ 💚🤍”

Fans flooded the comments with praise for the Countdown legend, with one writing: “Stunning as usual”, and another wrote: “Got to love the natural look. Looking good Carol.”

A third added : “Gorgeous, can tell you’ve got a maths background because you know your angles! 😍😉”

Earlier this month, Carol  revealed her new hairdo after chopping a few inches herself. She took to Instagram to share the results with her fans, writing: “Saturday Morning’s activities I lobbed two inches off my hair with some blunt scissors...hmmmmm What did you get up to?"

After the big reveal, she admitted that she was uncertain of the outcome and said she’ll be heading to the hairdressers to sort it out.

Carol  is known for regularly updating fans with what she’s up to and has been busy since she appeared on the All Star’s version of I’m A Celebrity in April this year. Her appearance on the ITV show resulted in a surge of new fans, which can be seen through her ever-growing social media follower numbers .
