Maya Jama left fans stunned when she shared photos wearing a pair of daringly short shorts. The Love Island host, 28, from Bristol, took to Instagram to share a carousel of snaps and videos from the past week, since returning from her wellness retreat in Thailand.

The first video shows the TV personality posing up a storm in the backseat of a car, after watching the KSI vs Joe Fournier boxing match at Wembley Stadium, over the weekend. She can be seen donning a thigh-grazing black graphic t-shirt, which she paired with knee-high black leather boots.

She also wore a trendy puffer jacket with denim sleeves on top, and to finish the look she added a black graphic cap. Maya’s outfit for the event was far more casual, compared to her usual glam-style, but still perfectly highlighted her gym-honed legs.

The 28-year-old Bristol-native is known to favour weighted exercises, with the main goal of her fitness regime to get stronger, as opposed to gaining or losing weight. Maya has often shared how she maintains her toned physique, and has previously documented her Shane Cooper’s Body Defining Treatments, where she focuses on tightening and toning her stomach and thigh muscles.

According to Maya’s social media posts, she has a relatable diet, as she revealed that she often has McDonald’s for breakfast, but if she had the time to choose would go for healthier choices like granola, yoghurt and a banana. She previously shared that although her diet can be affected by her jet-setting lifestyle, she always prioritises her fitness.

The Love Island host told Women’s Health: "I have loads of energy so lately I’ve been trying to channel that into an exercise routine. But I’m still very much a beginner, I now work out three to four days a week because I know it’s an important part of keeping healthy.”

She continued:  "I’m actually finding it quite fun. Once a week, I do a one-hour boxing workout with my trainer Bradley Simmonds, who keeps me motivated; if I’m on my own, I’ll pump up high-energy songs like Bicycle by Vybz Kartel to get me through my workout."

Other snaps in the carousel showed her leaving the KSI match in London, alongside BBC presenter Craig Mitch, who also appeared in another video filmed at the backseat of the chauffeur driven car.

There was also a photo of Maya showcasing her matching wrist tattoo with a group of friends, as well as a snap of Maya meeting Tommy Fury’s dad, former boxer John Fury. Love Island’s Molly Mae Hague, then hit the comments section saying: “Father-in-law jump scare 🤣🤣🤣”

This interaction with Chris Mitch, comes after it was reported that Maya was back in regular contact with her ex-boyfriend Stormzy last week, which sparked rumours of a reconciliation. A source told The Sun that she has been secretly seeing Stormzy after getting back in regular contact.

A source revealed: “The truth is, she’s actually back in regular contact with Stormzy and has been heading to his house to meet up away from the spotlight. She visited him a couple of times before her recent holiday to Thailand, and it sounds as though they’ve really clicked again.”
