Maya Jama is the latest star to launch a Sleep Sound podcast on Amazon’s Audible app. The Love Island host, 28, from Bristol, follows in the footsteps of actor Jamie Dornan and actress Sienna Miller, who previously featured on the sleep aid podcast.
The series consists of five 20 minute episodes, with Maya’s voice narrating as a soundscape plays in the background to help listeners to reach a deep state of relaxation.. The Bristol-native transports listeners to various locations including the rock pools surrounding Dunnottar Castle on a rugged Scottish cliffside, the Namibian Desert to listen to rainfall and also the South of France on a hot summer’s day as the cicadas sing.
