Helen Flanagan stuns at This Is Manchester Awards after ‘split’ from Bristol Rovers star Scott Sinclair

Helen Flanagan cut a stylish figure at the This Is Manchester Awards on Thursday evening.

The actress, 32, from Bury, stunned in a shimmering silver midi dress as she stepped out carrying a matching clutch bag for the event held at The Hilton Hotel.

She swept her glossy blonde hair into a top knot and opted for subtle make-up to complete her glamorous look, ahead of joining stars including Corrie star Brooke Vincent.

Helen, who recently “split” from Bristol Rovers star Scott Sinclair, appeared in good spirits while documenting the process of getting ready on her Instagram.

Posting on her Instagram stories, Helen showed her make-up being applied before sharing a full-length photo of her finished look.

The mother-of-three pouted as the snap was taken and explained to her over 1 million followers that her daughter Matilda was watching.

She then posed in front of the Christmas tree alongside her seven-year-old daughter for a heartwarming clip.

Helen penned the caption: “Any other mummy’s have a box for their daughter/daughters full of dresses they have loved wearing and save them for their girl/girls 💕 this dress is one I’ll defo save for them, Matilda loved 💕 @thechristmascompany_ magic for the girls ✨”

The star-studded This Is Manchester Awards was organised to show recognition to individuals and organisations who’ve contributed to the city.

Helen’s attendance at the event comes after recent reports that she has ended her engagement with Scott Sinclair due to a “bad omen”. The couple, who had been together for 13 years, are parents to Matilda, seven, Delilah, four, and Charlie, one.

The pair haven’t spoken publicly about their separation but have continued to give a glimpse into their family life on social media with photos alongside their children.

Speaking to Mail Online, an insider said: “The children are their world and main priority, and they will always ensure nothing affects them.

“Helen has been putting herself out there, it's very much business as usual in her career and she won't allow issues in her personal life to bring her down.”
