Family tribute to ‘loving, caring and wonderful’ grandmother from Southmead tragically killed in crash

A grandmother killed after being hit by car has been described as ‘a loving, caring and wonderful person’ in a moving tribute by her family.

She died just over a week later in hospital.

Her son David, daughter-in-law Mandy and four grandchildren Gabriela, Luke, Kieran and Georgia have now released a tribute.

They said they were ‘deeply saddened by this tragic loss’.

They added: “Nora was a loving, caring and wonderful person that will be truly missed.

“If someone has any information whatsoever that could help with the investigation, please contact the police.”

Avon and Somerset Police is continuing to investigate the crash.

A spokesperson said: “Our thoughts remain with Nora’s family and they continue to receive specialist support.

“The family have asked for privacy at this very difficult time.”
