With most of humanity zapped away by this new machine intelligence, it is on the shoulders of these young souls to stand up and become unlikely heroes.

The story begins on a school trip to the launch of a new line of cutting-edge drones known as genie orbs, which are intended to help clean up the environment.

However, the bots vaporise everyone at the event, as well as audiences at numerous other unveilings around the world.
