Olivia also took on a number of vital work experience opportunities in London, including working under renowned chef and Gordon Ramsey’s protegee Angela Hartnett OBE at Murano - a one Michelin star restaurant.

Returning to her home, Bristol, Oliva opened Adelina Yard with her partner Jamie Randall in 2015.

This is not the first time that Olivia Barry has appeared on our screens as part of the Great British Menu competition - previously taking part in 2018.

Olivia’s menu for the BBC 2 programme pays homage to larger-than-life figures such as Sir David Attenborough; as well as television shows like Casualty.

A fine dining establishment tucked away in Queen’s Quay, Adelina Yard opened its doors in 2015.

Boasting a menu that celebrates modern European cuisine, the food hub is known for providing quality food sourced from fresh local ingredients.

The restaurant has received high calibre recognition, including a 2 AA Rosette, a Michelin plate, and a place in the Sunday Times Top 100 Restaurants.

Customers love the relaxed and informal atmosphere of Adelina Yard, as the restaurant is incredibly difficult to book a table at due to high demand.
