Bristol Rovers head to in-form Wigan Athletic in League One on Saturday afternoon.
Shaun Maloney’s side have lost just once in their seven matches, beating Blackpool, Lincoln City and Portsmouth in the process.
The Gas aren’t in quite the same form, as they have won just twice in their last 11 matches. However, these two victories have come in their last three games.
The two sides met at the Memorial Stadium back in September, where Rovers breezed past the Lancashire side winning by four goals to one.
The Latics have had a difficult season and the former Premier League side couldn't have got off to a worser start, as they received an eight-point deduction by the EFL before they even kicked a ball.
Saturday’s opponents sit in 13th in the League One table and a win for the Gas would leapfrog Maloney’s men.
The last time Rovers visited the DW the points were shared as the two sides drew 0-0 back in November of 2020.
Saturday will prove to be a tough test for Matt Taylor’s side as they battle key injuries and suspensions.
Many players could well be playing their final game for the Gas and therefore the 42-year-old will want those individuals, as well as the rest of the team, to put on a proud performance for the travelling Gasheads.
We have attempted to predicted how Rovers will line-up this weekend, with changes enforced due to injury.
Predicted XI:

1. GK: Jed Ward
Earlier this week, Ward won Rovers' Young Player of the Year at their end of season awards and I have no doubt the shot stopper will feature in between the sticks on the weekend. | Getty Images

2. RB: Luca Hoole
With Jack Hunt injured, I fully expect Hoole to play right-back on Saturday. | Getty

3. CB: James Connolly
With Connor Taylor, Josh Grant and Tristan Crama all sidelined, it leaves this position to be played by either Connolly or James Wilson and with the latter only just back from injury himself, I can't imagine his manager will have him playing from the start. | Getty Images

4. CB: Elkan Baggott
His left foot brings a lot of balance to Taylor's side, which the 42-year-old craves. Baggott has brilliant since his return from injury and with this most likely being his last game for the club, I fully expect him to start in the back four. | Getty Images
