Where Bristol City rank in the Championship attendance table compared to Stoke, Millwall and West Brom - plus passionate fans photo gallery

Bristol City’s Ashton Gate has the tenth highest capacity in the Championship

Bristol City made it five matches without a win this weekend as they played out a 0-0 stalemate against Watford. The Robins sit 18th after picking up a point against the relegated side.

Fans haven’t had much to cheer about when visiting Ashton Gate this season, having only won three home matches out of eleven. Their last home win came against Preston North End last month when Robert Atkinson bagged a brace.

City’s home support would have been expected to decline due to their poor form in the southwest, however fans have continued to flock to Ashton Gate in their thousands and have a higher attendance than the likes of Watford, Cardiff City and Blackburn Rovers.

Here is where Bristol City sit in the Championship attendance table this season - from lowest to highest.
