Watford star wanted

Watford drew 0-0 with Bristol City last time out and their main man Joao Pedro is reportedly on Newcastle United’s radar. That’s according to Football Insider, who claim the Toon Army are still ‘keen’ on luring him up to the Premier League.

Eddie Howe’s side tried to sign him over the summer but he ended up staying put beyond the deadline. He has been with the Hertfordshire outfit since 2019 and has scored six goals this season.

Norwich City midfielder Kenny McLean is apparently on Rangers’ radar. The Scottish Daily Express claim the Glasgow side want to bring him back to Scotland.

He had a spell at Ibrox as a youngster and has been identified as a potential target for them now. His contract at Carrow Road expires at the end of this term meaning he is due to become a free agent next June as things stand.
