City made a fast start in the second period and immediately struck level after Tommy Conway converted Andi Weimann's cross.

The visitors pushed for a winning goal but Darren Moore's side held firm to hold onto a point. The result sees City move up one place into 14th.

Here's how the Robins fared...

Player ratings:

Max O'Leary - 6

Attempted a pass to Dickie which was cut out by Danny Ward early on, but luckily the deflection spun into the side netting. Often went long from goal kicks which suited the powerful Huddersfield backline, and might've been better suited playing out from the back. Had little chance with the goal from close range.

George Tanner - 6

Gave the ball away cheaply high up the pitch when he was last man, which led to the breakaway for the opening goal. Generally recovered well and didn't have much to do in the way of defending, could've been more positive in possession at times.

Zak Vyner - 6

Had very little to do defensively and was reliable with the ball at his feet. A quiet afternoon in truth.

Rob Dickie - 8

Cut inside and fired a shot at goal early on and played an excellent pass to Weimann which led to the equalising goal. Was very composed on the ball and always picked the right pass.

Mark Sykes - 7

Had some bright moments early on and was a constant threat running in behind Jaheim Headley. Almost equalised when his cross took a big deflection in the first half and would've been frustrated to be subbed off after an hour.

Matty James - 7

Pinged some smart passes around and broke up the play well in a few dangerous situations. Smelled danger when tracking Josh Koroma deep into his own box and clearing to safety.

Joe Williams - 6

Made some progressive passes and pressed well to try and sustain attacks. Battled in the middle of the park.

Sam Bell - 6

Caused plenty of problems early on and had the beating of Matty Pearson. Could've gone at the defender more at times and used his turn of foot.

Jason Knight - 7

Popped up in the half spaces and played some neat passes through the lines to Sykes. Was up and down all game and almost found a winner when he swivelled and fired at goal late on. Another tenacious display.

Andi Weimann - 6

Looks to be more at home in his role as one of the no.10's. Ran down the left flank and squared across goal for Conway to slot home in the second half but couldn't craft any chances for himself.

Tommy Conway - 6

Missed a couple of chances in the first period and wasn't too involved in general play, but started with a bang in the second when he latched onto Weimann's cross to equalise from inside the area.

Cam Pring (subbed on for Sykes, 59') - 6

Came on at left wing-back but couldn't provide the attacking nouse needed to find a winner.

Anis Mehmeti (subbed on for Weimann, 67') - 6

Looked sharp and was positive with the ball at his feet, just lacked end product.

Taylor Gardner-Hickman (subbed on for Williams, 67') - 6

Came on in the middle of the park and battled.

Harry Cornick (subbed on for Bell, 82') - N/A
