Bristol City enter race for 10-goal midfielder

The Robins have joined the competition to sign highly sought-after midfielder Jack Taylor from Peterborough United this summer. According to Football Insider, City are planning a move for the 24-year-old as they look to expand their squad ahead of the new season.

However, they face stiff competition from newly-promoted Ipswich Town. The Blues are also very keen on Taylor, having already had three bids for him rejected during the January window.

The midfielder notched ten goals and six assists for Peterborough this last season and has found himself gaining attention from multiple parties. He joined the Posh for a reported £500,000 in 2020 and is now valued at £1.8 million by Transfermarkt.

Two Premier League clubs named as Alex Scott suitors

Scott’s potential summer departure is one of the most followed stories within the Championship right now as the Robins remain firm on their £25 million asking price. The 19-year-old has established himself as one of the most sought-after young talents in England right now and he is receiving plenty of interest up and down the football pyramid.

No offers have come in as of yet, but a new update from journalist Ben Jacobs has informed fans to ‘keep an eye’ out for moves from Wolves and Tottenham Hotspur in particular.
