Six places where you can take your kids to see animals in Bristol this Easter weekend

The weather forecast is currently predicting plenty of sunshine for a fun family day out

Unsure of how to keep the kids entertained during Easter break? Taking them to see some animals is a guaranteed way of putting a smile on their faces - and maybe yours.

Luckily, Bristol is home to several city farms, most of which you can enter free of charge. Here children can pet plenty of animals such as sheep, pigs, goats and more as well as take part in gardening and cooking activities. There are also some larger wildlife parks in the city and on its outskirts which are home to larger animals such as lions, elephants and giraffes.

The weather forecast currently promises a week of mostly sun, perfect for a fun family day out. Below, BristolWorld has selected six places you and your little ones can see some animals. Some of the picks are free of charge while offers require tickets to be paid for - enjoy!
