The opening date has been revealed for a new souffle pancake cafe in Bristol that has already become a ‘viral sensation’.  

Fluffy Fluffy is due to open its doors on Park Street at midday on March 9, with a ‘big’ celebration to mark the occasion.

In a post on Instagram, Fluffy Fluffy wrote: “Keep your eyes peeled on how we are going to celebrate this opening! Hint: It’s going to be BIG!

“We are so elated to continue our growth into Bristol and meet all of our Fluffy Fans in person. Are you ready to have a blast and eat some pancakes? We hope to see you all soon!”

The Canadian dessert chain already has five branches across the UK, with BristolWorld revealing the sixth would be opening in our city. 

The cafe is known for its light and fluffy pancakes and it serves other desserts, including cheesecakes and macarons, alongside a variety of coffees and homemade sodas.
