Motorcyclist suffers serious injuries in crash on London Road in Warmley - police close road

A motoryclist has been taken to hospital with ‘serious injuries’ after a crash involving a car on the main road in Warmley.
Avon and Somerset Police closed London Road in Warmley,near the Warmley Waiting Room cafe, after the collision at 11.20am this morning (May 2).

Hide AdA spokesperson for the force said a male motorcyclist suffered injuries following the crash and was tended to by South Western Ambulance Service. His injuries are not believed to be life threatening.
Investigations continue, and the road has since been reopened.
The spokesperson said: “We’re investigating a collision involving a car and motorcyclist which happened on London Road, Warmley at around 11.20 this morning (Monday 2 May).
“A temporary road closure put in place while emergency services attended the scene has now been lifted.

Hide Ad“The motorcyclist has been taken to hospital with injuries that are believed to be serious but not life threatening.
“Enquiries are ongoing. Anyone who witnessed the collision and has not yet spoken to police is asked to call 101 quoting log 335 of 2 May.”
