M32 fatal crash: Woman dies after being hit by two vehicles on motorway slip road

A woman has died after she was hit by two vehicles on the M32 slip road at Eastville.

The incident happened just hours after midnight on New Year’s Eve, at 2.15am.

The woman, a pedestrian, was struck by the two vehicles on the southbound slip road at Junction 2 of the M32.

She died at the scene.

Today the slip road remains closed as police investigate.

An Avon and Somerset Police spokesperson said: “We’re appealing for witnesses and dashcam footage following a fatal collision on Junction 2 of the M32 in Bristol this morning (Saturday, 1 January).

“A pedestrian, a woman, was struck by two vehicles on the southbound slip road at around 2.15am and tragically died at the scene.

“The slip road remains closed while enquiries continue to be carried out.”
