A new Chinese restaurant and cocktail bar has opened in Bristol city centre
Dao Chao has taken up premises on Broad Quay, in what was until recently the Aluna restaurant and cocktail bar.
The menu is described as an 'an ode to traditional Chinese flavours, expertly merged with Western culinary influences to create a uniquely harmonious blend'. Dishes include Bao Bun Burgers, Mussel Stir Fry and Crispy Lotus Root, starting from £12.50.
For cocktail enthusiasts, there are original creations such as the Mother of Dragons - a golden rum cocktail with apricot, almond and dragon fruit - alongside more traditional options.
Every Saturday and Sunday, Dao Chao also offers a Bottomless Brunch for £25.95 per person, which includes a main, dessert, and a bottomless beverage.
