Woman seriously injured after hit-and-run crash on Whiteladies Road

A woman suffered multiple fractures to her right leg and ankle after she was hit by two people riding electric motorbikes on Whiteladies Road. The incident happened at the junction with Imperial Road on December 5 at around 11pm.

Police say the woman, in her 20s, required hospital surgery. The two motorcyclists failed to stop at the scene.

Detectives want to speak to the two people pictured in connection with the incident.

One of the people in the image was wearing distinctive red gloves and trainers while they were sat on a bike with a yellow pattern on the frame.

The other person appeared to be wearing Adidas joggers and was carrying a black rucksack with a white stripe on.
