‘Number of uniformed officers gathering’

One witness has told us what they saw at the site. They said: “As I was passing by on my way to hospital this morning at 8.50am there was a police car parked in the road and a number of uniformed officers gathering in the houses just off the side.

When I was driving back past at 11.05am there was another car and the police tape was up. The two main vehicles had left but there was a more unusual vehicle there and just a male officer at the outer tape and a female officer in front of one of the houses.

“As I left another vehicle turned up again. I checked with the postman who was just there and they said they had been warned by HQ they may not be able to deliver that area but knew nothing more.”
