and live on Freeview channel 276
Bristol was hit with rain and high winds yesterday (August 5), but for today and the start of the workng week, the weather is set to improve with even some sunshine today - although still a way of the temperatures expected by many for the start of August.
The Met Office’s yellow weather warning over Storm Antoni has thankfully gone - which will also bring relief to those attending Valley Fest or looking ahead to the Bristol International Balloon Fiesta, although the early forcast suggests possible showers for the event. Flood warnings are also no longer in place for the South West region.

Today
A much calmer and drier day with sunny spells and a chance of showers, these locally heavy. Remaining largely dry for some and widely warmer than it was yesterday. Still fairly breezy, especially on northern coasts. Maximum temperature 21 °C.
Monday
Mostly dry with sunny spells through the morning. Probably turning cloudier through the afternoon but staying generally dry. Feeling pleasantly warm in the brighter periods with light winds. Maximum temperature 22 °C.
Tuesday to Thursday
Largely cloudy on Tuesday with some drizzle possible. Rather cloudy at first on Wednesday but brightening up. Fine at first on Thursday, but possible showers later. Turning much warmer.
