A residential feasibility study was undertaken by architects Alec French in March 2023 and showed a potential scheme of 96 flats across four blocks with eight ground floor retail units fronting Bath Road.

Sharing news of the sale listing, Brislington West councillor Andrew Varney wrote it is “hopefully an opportunity for much-needed urban renewal”.
