Popular Bristol gift shop and tea room Gifts For You saved from closure

A family-friendly gift shop and tea room in Bristol has been saved from closure.

BristolWorld revealed this week that Gifts For You was set to close at the end of February after almost four years.

The business on Redcatch Road in Knowle said the closure was due to a “change of heart and the way of the world at the moment”.

But now the shop has announced it will reopen in early March under new management.

In a Facebook post, Gifts For You wrote: “The shop will be under new management as of early March so won’t be closed for long.

“Keep your eyes peeled for updates.”

Gifts For You, which also hosts parties, events and trips for families, was first opened in March 2021 by local roofing company worker Samantha Vile.
