Dozens of businesses across Bristol have been issued with new food hygiene ratings - including Starbucks in the city centre, a Caribbean takeway in Southmead and the last remaining pub in Hartcliffe.

The Food Standards Agency classes places with ratings from zero (urgent improvement required) to five (hyigene standards very good). It is designed to help people make informed choices about where to buy and eat food - although the ratings do not reflect quality.
