The Killers have announced a huge UK stadium tour that is set to take place in 2022.

One of the nine destinations is the wonderful city of Bristol, with hype reaching intense levels ahead of one of the most popular live performances in the city this year.

When are The Killers playing in Bristol?

Bristol’s Ashton Gate Stadium - the home to Bristol City Football Club - is looking forward to hosting The Killers during the band’s biggest ever tour in 2022.

The show is scheduled to take place on Thursday, 26 May.

It will start at 5:30 pm in the evening.

Where else are they playing?

The Mirage Tour in 2023 - which sold out in hours when it first went on sale two years ago - will visit a number of the biggest stadiums and entertainment venues across the UK.

Starting off at Doncaster’s Eco-Power Stadium on Tuesday, 24 May 2022, the countrywide tour will come to an end in Manchester’s Emirates Old Trafford Stadium - renowned for being the home of Premier League side Manchester United.

With the show fast approaching, tickets are at low availability on ticketing partner Ticketmaster, which is due to the wide scale popularity and excitement heading towards the concert across Bristol.

At the time of publication, there is one ticket left for general admission into the standing area, costing £71.50.

What is the setlist?

During their huge show at Bristol’s Ashton Gate Stadium, The Killers will be supported by the Manic Street Preachers - but who are they?

Manic Street Preachers, also known as the Manics, are a Welsh rock band formed in Blackwood, Caerphilly in 1986.

The band consists of cousins James Dean Bradfield (vocalist) and Sean Moore (drums), plus Nicky Wire (bass).

The rockers also once consisted of Richey Edwards James (guitarist) who disappeared and has not been seen since 1 February 1995.

Their more popular songs include: ‘A Design For Life’, ‘Faster’, ‘Motown Junk’ and many more.

Who are The Killers?

The Killers are an American rock band formed in Las Vegas in 2001 by Brandon Flowers (vocalist) and Dave Keuning (guitarist).

The current lineup of the band consists of Flowers, Mark Stoermer (bass, rhythm guitar, backing vocals) and Ronnie Vannucci Jr.
