The business is believed to be unaffected by the sale, with the shop currently let on a five-year term from January 2023.
The lease is subject to annual five per cent rental increases, and the rent is due to increase from £24,000 to £25,200 per annum from January 2025.
The shop is between No.1 Funky Fones and Beverley’s Bakery, which BristolWorld revealed opened in September.
