The Barton Hill Dug Out, which has been used as a boxing club for the last decade, is up for sale with a guide price of £650,000.
The building is where most of Bristol's street artists started out, and still has some of Banksy’s earliest artwork on its walls.
But the Wellspring Settlement, which owns the site on Barton Hill Road, said it is for sale as it has been a “financial liability” for many years.
The property listing by Maggs & Allen says: “The site offers potential for residential/commercial development and a scheme of flats, houses or a mixed-use project may be suitable, subject to consents.
“Alternatively, the property would suit a variety of solely commercial or community uses.”
