This is the first time we will experience a winter World Cup, as the conditions would have been too harsh to play in the summer in Qatar. In 2018, beer gardens and streets were packed as England reached the final, but it will be different this year when the World Cup kicks off in November.

Here’s five pubs and bars in Bristol where you can watch the World Cup 2022.

When are the England games in the World Cup?

England’s group includes Wales, Iran and the USA. England will play three games in eight days, and will be hoping to make it through to the latter stages. The first game at the 2022 World Cup for England will be against Iran, which kicks off on Monday, November 21 at 1pm UK time.
