Zest Mediterranean Restaurant, a restaurant, cafe or canteen at 73-75 High Street, Hanham, Bristol was given the score after assessment on September 12, the Food Standards Agency's website shows.
It means that of South Gloucestershire's 327 restaurants, cafes and canteens with ratings, 268 (82%) have ratings of five and none have zero ratings.
