Magnolia Mews Bakehouse, a restaurant, cafe or canteen at 145 - 149 Church Road, Frampton Cotterell, South Gloucestershire was given the score after assessment on July 30, the Food Standards Agency's website shows.
It means that of South Gloucestershire's 321 restaurants, cafes and canteens with ratings, 248 (77%) have ratings of five and none have zero ratings.
