Vas's Taverna Restaurant & Takeaway, a restaurant, cafe or canteen at Kings Arms, Redwick Road, Pilning, South Gloucestershire was given the score after assessment on June 23, the Food Standards Agency's website shows.
It means that of South Gloucestershire's 313 restaurants, cafes and canteens with ratings, 242 (77%) have ratings of five and none have zero ratings.
