Mughal Palace, a restaurant, cafe or canteen at Stephens Drive, Barrs Court, South Gloucestershire was given the score after assessment on August 31, the Food Standards Agency's website shows.
It means that of South Gloucestershire's 321 restaurants, cafes and canteens with ratings, 249 (78%) have ratings of five and none have zero ratings.
