Ari BBQ \& Ribs, a restaurant, cafe or canteen at 33- 35 Cranleigh Court Road, Yate, South Gloucestershire was given the score after assessment on June 30, the Food Standards Agency's website shows.
It means that of South Gloucestershire's 317 restaurants, cafes and canteens with ratings, 246 (78%) have ratings of five and none have zero ratings.
