The Old Lock And Weir, a pub, bar or nightclub at Hanham Mills, Hanham, Bristol, South Gloucestershire was given the score after assessment on March 9, the Food Standards Agency's website shows.
It means that of South Gloucestershire's 153 pubs, bars and nightclubs with ratings, 109 (71%) have ratings of five and none have zero ratings.
