Good news as food hygiene ratings awarded to six South Gloucestershire restaurants

New food hygiene ratings have been awarded to six of South Gloucestershire’s restaurants, cafes or canteens, the Food Standards Agency’s website shows – and it’s good news for them all.

The following ratings have been given to six restaurants, cafes or canteens:

• Rated 5: Antica Roma at White Lion Public House, Church Road, Yate, South Gloucestershire; rated on July 19

• Rated 5: The Park Community Cafe at The Park Community Centre, High Street, Kingswood, South Gloucestershire; rated on July 18

• Rated 5: Willow Tree Cafe at Westerleigh Crematorium, Westerleigh Road, Westerleigh, Bristol; rated on July 18

• Rated 5: Eurest At Sainsbury's at Sainsburys Distribution, Emerald Park Depot, Folly Brook Road, Emersons Green; rated on July 11

• Rated 5: Daisy's Coffee Shop at 17 Flaxpits Lane, Winterbourne, South Gloucestershire; rated on July 10

• Rated 5: Starbucks Coffee at Gallagher Retail Park, Aldermoor Way, Longwell Green, South Gloucestershire; rated on June 15

It means that of South Gloucestershire's 333 similar establishments with ratings, 273 (82%) have ratings of five and none have zero ratings.
