Cleeve Hill Lawn Tennis Club, a pub, bar or nightclub at Cleeve Hill, Downend, Bristol, South Gloucestershire was handed a five-out-of-five rating after assessment on March 31.
And Kich Catering At The Bromley, a restaurant, cafe or canteen at 73 Quakers Road, Downend, South Gloucestershire was given a score of four on March 1.
