New food hygiene ratings have been awarded to two of South Gloucestershire’s pubs, bars or nightclubs, the Food Standards Agency’s website shows.

The Dog Inn, at The Hill, Old Sodbury, South Gloucestershire was handed a three-out-of-five rating after assessment on November 30.

And The New Inn, at Badminton Road, Coalpit Heath, Bristol, South Gloucestershire was also given a score of three on November 30.

It means that of South Gloucestershire's 150 pubs, bars and nightclubs with ratings, 111 (74%) have ratings of five and none have zero ratings.
