And three of them are expected to cause delays of between 10 minutes and half an hour.

The latest expected works list, with notes from National Highways, shows that seven closures are due to start this week:

M5, from 10pm September 12 to 5am September 13, slight delays (under 10 minutes): M5 southbound, junction 20 to junction 21 - Lane closure for carriageway Reconstruction/Renewals.

M5, from 10pm September 13 to 6am September 14, moderate delays (10-30 minutes): M5 northbound, junction 19 entry Slip closure for drainage, diversion M5 southbound to junction 20 and return.

M5, from 9pm September 14 to 5am September 15, slight delays (under 10 minutes): M5 southbound, junction 22 entry slip road closure for surveys, diversion via M5 northbound to junction 21.

M5, from 9pm September 19 to 5am September 20, slight delays (under 10 minutes): M5 northbound, junction 20 to 19 lane closures for general maintenance.

M5, from 10pm September 19 to 6am September 20, moderate delays (10-30 minutes): M5 southbound, junction 19 exit slip road closed for drainage works, diversion - Continue on M5 southbound, exit, junction 20 turn to re-join M5 northbound, exit, junction 19.

M5, from 10pm September 26 to 5am September 27, slight delays (under 10 minutes): M5 southbound, junction 21 Lane closures on exit slip road for Electrical Work.

National Highways is responsible for maintaining motorways and major A-roads, so closures of smaller roads will not be included in their schedule.
