New Canton House, a takeaway at 1 Pill Street, Pill, Bristol North Somerset was given the minimum score after assessment on November 2, the Food Standards Agency's website shows.
It means that of North Somerset's 138 takeaways with ratings, 84 (61%) have ratings of five and just one has a zero rating.
