Chutneys Fish Bar, a takeaway at 2 Aller Parade, Weston-Super-Mare, Somerset was given the score after assessment on August 9, the Food Standards Agency's website shows.
It means that of North Somerset's 126 takeaways with ratings, 64 (51%) have ratings of five and none have zero ratings.
