Yiayias Kitchen, a takeaway at 30 West Street, Weston-Super-Mare was given the score after assessment on January 17, the Food Standards Agency's website shows.

It means that of North Somerset's 142 takeaways with ratings, 85 (60%) have ratings of five and none have zero ratings.
