A North Somerset takeaway has been handed a new four-out-of-five food hygiene rating.

German Doner Kebab (GDK), a takeaway at 90-92 High Street, Weston-Super-Mare was given the score after assessment on May 18, the Food Standards Agency's website shows.

It means that of North Somerset's 137 takeaways with ratings, 81 (59%) have ratings of five and just two have zero ratings.
