Winscombe Fish Bar, a takeaway at 1 Sandford Road, Winscombe, North Somerset was given the score after assessment on October 6, the Food Standards Agency's website shows.
It means that of North Somerset's 126 takeaways with ratings, 62 (49%) have ratings of five and none have zero ratings.
