Spicy Aroma, a restaurant, cafe or canteen at 148 High Street, Portishead, Bristol was given the score after assessment on November 21, the Food Standards Agency's website shows.
It means that of North Somerset's 262 restaurants, cafes and canteens with ratings, 186 (71%) have ratings of five and none have zero ratings.
