Fusion Restaurant and Takeaway, a restaurant, cafe or canteen at 35 St. James Street, Weston-Super-Mare, North Somerset was given the score after assessment on July 28, the Food Standards Agency's website shows.
It means that of North Somerset's 255 restaurants, cafes and canteens with ratings, 176 (69%) have ratings of five and just one has a zero rating.
