Sabor do Brasil Churrascaria, a restaurant, cafe or canteen at 25 St James Street, Weston-Super-Mare was given the score after assessment on September 16, the Food Standards Agency's website shows.
It means that of North Somerset's 264 restaurants, cafes and canteens with ratings, 185 (70%) have ratings of five and none have zero ratings.
