Posh Spice, a restaurant, cafe or canteen at 86 High Street, Nailsea, Bristol was given the score after assessment on September 15, the Food Standards Agency's website shows.
It means that of North Somerset's 263 restaurants, cafes and canteens with ratings, 185 (70%) have ratings of five and none have zero ratings.
