Chillies, a restaurant, cafe or canteen at 26 Church Street, Banwell, North Somerset was given the score after assessment on August 25, the Food Standards Agency's website shows.
It means that of North Somerset's 260 restaurants, cafes and canteens with ratings, 181 (70%) have ratings of five and none have zero ratings.
